MY SERVICES

PRIVATE TRAINING

If you are just starting off, we suggest you start with 1 on 1 private training. Get the full benefit of an experienced coach to guide your training in a safe and effective way. 
Wether your goals are to get fitter, leaner, stronger or a combination of all, everybody can benefit from a coach to reach their goals faster. 

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Enjoy the individual programming of private training at a fraction of the price. Everybody in a semi private session works off their own unique program, in a small group of people.  This option is perfect for you if you have some experience, or really enjoy the social aspect of training with likeminded people. 
With sessions throughout the day,  this is the most readily available session we offer.

BOOTCAMP

Looking for a fun and social way to get fit? Outdoor group training could be the best fit for you. Team Esteem has lunchtime sessions on location on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels!

HEALTHY HABIT HIGHWAY 

Healthy habit highway is our year-long nutrition coaching program. It is designed to build lasting habits that get you to your goals. You will get daily accountability emails and a coach that is there to help you if you get stuck or just needs a word of advice.
If you have tried diets and find something always seems to be holding you back, the healthy habit highway is the program for you!

SPORTS MASSAGE

Treat sore muscles and get rid of knots and trigger points with sports massage. Move better, feel better and perform better! Massages come in 30 or 60 minute sessions,  depending on your preference.

Training with Rex, I am always learning and eager to get to the gym.  I have gained so much confidence and strength.  In case you are wondering, I recently deadlifted 173kg. Not too shabby for someone who used to cry at the thought of holding a couple of kilos or stepping up onto a box without having something to hold onto!  I am excited to see where we go next - I will be training with Rex for a long time to come.

We’ve been semi private training with Rex for more than one year.  We both look forward to each workout because we know we’ll be challenged in one way or another and we are guaranteed to get a great workout to kick-off the weekend as we train Saturday mornings!  Through Rex’s ongoing support and encouragement, we are both smashing goals that we once would have thought impossible!  We’ve seen significant improvements in both our cardio fitness but also smashing strength PB’s! I began training with Rex in 2011 after several years of searching for exercise-based solutions to some postural problems.
With the benefit of careful instruction and guidance from Rex I soon changed some long-term bad exercise habits and through twelve months of weekly training sessions, Rex helped me to regain a level of fitness and mobility that I had previously assumed was no longer possible.
While I often described his style of instruction as 'precision pain' I appreciated Rex's dedication to finding the exact exercises needed to strengthen my 'dormant' muscles and to take the strain off others.  
Importantly for all his clients, Rex is famous for being skilled in the art of distraction. His dedication to humour, storytelling and other theatrics made his sessions fun and alleviated the discomfort and frustration that can otherwise so easily accompany training.
